Tailored Intelligence·The house behind Silk

Intelligence,
cut to measure.

We design, build and own AI products fitted to one profession at a time. Silk, for attorneys, is the first. The next is on the cutting table.

The house

Not an agency.
A house.

Agencies hand over a deliverable and leave. Tailored Intelligence keeps the pattern. Every creation is a product we design, build, run and own, under its own name, with ours on the label.

We start from the way a profession actually works: its documents, its deadlines, its rules of conduct, its vocabulary. Then we cut the intelligence to fit. Nothing off the rack.

The collection

Every creation carries its own name.

Silk

A silk for every matter.

A governed AI workbench for South African law firms: cases, drafting, review and redlines, verified legislation, firm stationery and a usage model priced per seat. It runs on Microsoft Foundry in Azure South Africa North, with zero retention at the model layer.

In the cutting room

The next creation is being measured.

If your profession runs on judgment, documents and deadlines, we would like to hear how the work is really done. That conversation is where every creation starts.

How a creation is tailored

Measured, patterned, fitted, finished.

A bespoke garment is made in fittings, in order. So is a creation. Each stage is worn by real practitioners before the next begins.

  1. 1

    Measure

We sit with practitioners and map the real work: what arrives, what must be produced, what may never go wrong, and who is accountable when it does.

  2. 2

    Pattern

We design the product around the profession's rules before its features: roles, approvals, audit trails, data residency, and what the model is never allowed to invent.

  3. 3

    Fitting

A small group of real practitioners wears the product on live work. We alter until it fits, then alter again.

  4. 4

    Finishing

We launch it under its own name, run it ourselves, and keep altering as the profession changes. A creation is never handed off.

House rules

What every creation is built to.

Own it.

We run the products we build. There is no hand-over, so there is no one else to blame.

Fit one profession.

A product that serves everyone fits no one. Each creation is cut for a single profession, in its own vocabulary.

Invent nothing.

Where a claim can be checked, the product checks it. Where it cannot, the product says so.

Keep it here.

Data is processed in South Africa wherever the platform allows, and it is never used to train anyone's model.
